What Mimestream is
A Mac-only mail app for Gmail and Google Workspace, written for the Mac and powered by the Gmail API. It needs macOS 12 Monterey or newer, and it stores your data and sign-in tokens only on your Mac, talking to Google directly.

Mimestream is excellent at what it sets out to do: Gmail on the Mac, done properly. If you live in Gmail's labels and filters, don't want AI, or have an older Mac, it's worth $49.99 a year.
