What's free
The free plan includes the Smart Inbox, which groups email into people, notifications and newsletters, plus unlimited accounts, smart notifications and a calendar. For many people, that's enough.
What the AI costs
Spark +AI, for writing, replying and summarising, needs Plus or Pro. Spark says its AI features use Azure OpenAI, so the email you ask it to work on is sent to that service.
Over three years, Plus costs $360 per person, and Pro $720.
A cheaper way to get AI email on a Mac
